Our home is an ideal place from which to explore further a field in Florida or just relax in the peace and tranquillity of High grove resort. In less than a 1 ½ hours drive you can be on the spectacular beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Also within an hour you can enjoy the facilities of Bush gardens theme park, American football at Tampa Bay or on the Atlantic Coast you could visit the Kennedy's Space Centre where all the U.S.A. space explorations start. For the more adventurous a visit to the Florida Everglades world Heritage site or the Florida Keys are a must.

Our villa has been decorated and furnished to the highest specification throught resulting in a beautiful spacious four bedroom, 2 ½ bathrooms, I living room home with its own private swimming pool and spa with extended sun deck to soak up that florida sunshine. The pool has underwater lighting and the sun deck has outside lighting for those warm holiday evenings when you can sip a cool drink or have a swim at the end of a fun packed day.

Our home is very spacious and perfectly complimented by co-ordinating colour scheme throughout. The accommodation offers four fully furnished double bedrooms to comfortably sleep eight guests. Baby equipment is available at the villa and you are welcome to use this free of charge. This includes high chair/stroller/stair gate. We can arrange for additional cot to be hired from our local management company at a small charge.

There is full air conditioning throughout for your comfort

All linen and towels are provided (excluding pool towels).

The lounge is luxuriously furnished with one three seater sofa, one two seater sofa, and one love chair, side tables/lamps and coffee table.

A large 50 inch cable HDMI Plasma TV, plus a separate HDMI 5.1 Dolby Pro Logic Home Theatre Surround sound System with ipod docking system for better viewing and playing personnel music, free use of various family DVD's. There are sliding patio doors opening onto the pool deck.

There is a large dining table and chairs, which makes an ideal area for breakfasts/lunch or evening meals.

The kitchen area also has a breakfast counter with two/ three stools.

The fully fitted kitchen is fitted with cooker, dishwasher, American refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, microwave oven, waste disposal unit, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, electric can opener plus all crockery and cutlery and glasses. We have added a CD/radio, which will enable you to play your CD's from home.

There is a house telephone fitted in the kitchen which can be used free of charge for local and US national calls. Long distance calls can be made using a phone card which can be purchased from any of the local supermarkets, chemists or petrol stations approximate $10, which last a few hours of calling use depending on mobile or landline.

We also have security Wi-fi internet access, so anybody wishing to use their lap top can do so at no extra cost.

There is a large capacity washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and iron board installed in the utility room.

The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is stylishly furnished and has cable television, queen sized bed, bedside cabinets, bedside lights, full size dressing table with mirror and clock radio and walk in wardrobe with security safe for your valuables and travel documents. The luxurious en-suite bathroom includes a corner bath, separate double walk in shower, his and hers sinks with vanity and illuminated mirror and separate toilet area. A hairdryer is provided for your convenience.

The second guest bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is stylishly furnished and has cable television, queen size bed, bedside cabinets, large built in wardrobe, bedside lamps and clock radio, full size dressing table with mirror. The luxurious en-suite bathroom includes a bath with fitted shower, his and hers sinks with vanity unit and illuminated mirror and toilet.

The third bedroom (Movie room), has cable television, twin beds, large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and bedside lamp.

Playstation 2 and a variety of games for younger children and teenagers are available to keep your children entertained when you all return home from a day at the parks.

The fourth bedroom (MickeyRoom), has cable television, twin beds, large built in wardrobes and chest of drawers. It has been accessorised with Disney Characters - an ideal bedroom for the younger guests.

Both twin bedrooms share a family bathroom, which has a bath, shower, his and hers sinks with vanity unit and illuminated, toilet and a large storage cupboard underneath.

Carpet is fitted in all bedroom areas and each wardrobe has plenty of hanging space with hangers.

The fully screened pool and separate spa, with table and four chairs and three cushioned sun loungers is the perfect place to relax after a hectic day at the theme parks. This is where to cool down with an iced drink or if you decide to recharge your batteries between visits to the park it's an ideal place to spend a day to just relax and sample the 'Florida Lifestyle'. The pool is regularly cleaned and serviced, and if you are staying in the cooler season, arrangements can be made to heat the pool, this is optional and a small charge is made. The pool is fully screened and will keep bugs out but will not affect your tan!! The pool has underwater lighting and the deck area is also lit for night time swimming. We have provided plastic glasses for use in the pool area as glass in not permitted around the pool area.
